In early 2024 I took part in The Healing Gaze, a group exhibition of six artists curated by Stefania Carrozzini at Camden Image Gallery in London, in collaboration with MyMicroGallery, Milan.

I went to the opening on the evening of Thursday 1 February.

I showed two paintings, Central Spiritual Sun No. 1 and Central Spiritual Sun No. 2, each with a soft triangle of light held within a field of colour. As in all my exhibitions with Stefania, the paintings were not made for the exhibition; their themes, spirituality and the interconnectedness of all things, sit naturally alongside her curatorial vision, and the idea of a healing gaze felt especially close to my own interest in how we experience looking at a painting.
